Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Who can book?
The primary renter must be 35 or older. The house sleeps a maximum of 9 guests, adults and children included.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A $750 security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required for every stay.
Where do we park?
The house has a 2-car garage plus one outside space, which is rare in Mission Beach.
Is the house good for kids?
Yes. There is a travel crib, a high chair, and plenty of beach toys. The house has three stories and several decks, so young children need supervision.
Are pets, smoking, or events allowed?
No. There is no smoking, no pets, and no events or parties.
What beach gear is included?
Four beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off.
